Do these wheels have the proper offsets? Are they the right width? Is the bolt pattern correct? Which model of HRE wheels?

I'm not totally sure, but I think since HRE is a pretty high end wheel you can pretty much get any offsets you want. I know that I've come across peaple from time to time on S2ki that have them.

If your looking for safe offsets for the Stewie, you want to stay above +50 just to be safe. Depending on the wheel and width you want that may change. Some peaple run wheels in the low +40's on the front, but not without some work.

The set I have on right now (which is for sale) is 18x8 +49 front, 18x9 +54 rear.
My new set is 18x8 +56 front, 18x10 +68 rear.

No rubbing depending on your suspension setup.
