245/45R17?

Will putting 245/45R17 in stead of 245/40R17 on the rear wheels make any difference in handling? Front wheels are 215/45R17. Has anybody tried this?
The reason I ask is I wanna buy Falken Azenis RT-615 to use as my track tires. And they do not come in 245/40R17...
