Rear lower sway bar link

after jacking my car up to adjust coilover i noticed one of my rear sway bar links was broken. my car is lowered, and i have a cusco sway bar. would replacing it with oem be fine or should i look into and adjustable ones. Also is this hard to replace? and if i cant do it myself any idea how much it cost to install.

Quick! staring contest. You win, you always do.)

Sway bar link.
Should be no problem to do yourself, and I figure the one that's broken is an original part, so oem should be no hassle at all.
