break pads?
so its time for some new breakes.i was wondering which is a good pad to run on the s2000 off the stock rotors and brakes. I think i saw somewhere about the hawk hp. but i dont know if they will eat my rotors up or not. any suggestions besides the oem ones. and the best place to get them. Thanks i have a 2001 ap1

I know you don't want to hear this, but for the street, the OEM's work fine.

ya i know they work fine but i live in north ga right next to the mtns so i end up going for mtn. runs all the time is the main reason i ask. if anyone els has any sugestions

Well Dude I ran EBC pads and rotors on my civic and they were Great! Right now I'm runing stock until they wear out. I bought my S2K last year and it had new stock brakes on it. I have been driving hard since and the stock pads are at 50% front and 80% rear. This is with a couple of track days on them too!
