UK vs. US alignment specs

Hey guys. I need an alignment and i was wondering if i should go with the stock, normal alignment like in the manual or the UK specs. Whats the difference. My car is a daily driver and my daily commute is about 10 miles round trip. Once every week i take it out on mountain twisty roads and like to enjoy it. Any body with the UK specs wanna tell me about how it feels different if at all? I have an AP2 if anyone cares.

If you're taking it fast or auto-x'ing, you'll probably want UK specs.

I believe gomarlins 3 uses the UK specs. I bet he'll chime in to help you.

I prefer the UK specs, but mine is not a DD and tire wear does not concern me on this car. I believe the UK specs will cause more wear on the inside of the rear tires.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

uk has more toe in the rear i believe, which makes the car a bit more stable at the expense of increased tire wear.

Dude I told you that I'm running U.K. spec. Wear in the tires depends on the tread wear life of the tire. But you will see wear on the in side.

The UK spec alignment was really started for the early AP1 to set the rear of the car a little more because the Brits were bit%hing about the twitchy rear end. I have a MY00 which has the most extreme suspension setup, larger rear bar and all. It was setup to drive it with your ass and the gas pedal. I have two hands on the wheel, one making the turn and one ready to counter-streer. I have the UK spec alignment in the car and really like it. I dont know how it affects an AP2. The suspension was revised and "improved" as the years went on.
